Cullinane Labs is an outbound sales service for early-stage SaaS founders, operated by Darragh Cullinane. Our website is cullinanelabs.com.

• Your company name, website, and MRR range when you apply for a pilot
• Information about your current pipeline and business challenges that you choose to share
• Business details you enter into our free pipeline audit tool

We do not collect any data automatically beyond standard web hosting logs (such as IP addresses and page visits), which are handled by our hosting provider Vercel.

How we use your data

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call
• Assess whether our service is a good fit for your business
• Communicate with you about our services if you become a client
• Generate your AI pipeline audit (this data is sent to Anthropic's API to produce your results)

We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing, and we will never sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-party services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our website:

• Vercel — website hosting. Your IP address and page visits may be logged as part of standard hosting operations.
• Formspree — contact form processing. When you submit our contact form, your details are transmitted via Formspree to our inbox.
• Anthropic — AI pipeline audit generation. Business details you enter into the audit tool are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your results. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this data.

Data retention

We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to provide our services or follow up on your enquiry. If you become a client, we retain relevant information for the duration of our engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping purposes.

If you would like your data deleted, simply email us and we will remove it promptly.

Cookies

Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Basic session data may be stored by your browser as part of normal website operation, but we do not use this for tracking or analytics purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
