• AI-powered pipeline audit tool (free, no account required)

The specific scope of services for each client is agreed upon before work begins. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer — all engagements are confirmed via written agreement.

Our free AI pipeline audit tool is provided as-is for informational purposes. The output is generated by AI and should be treated as a starting point for your thinking, not as professional business advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of the results.

By using the tool, you agree that any business information you enter may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate your results. We do not store this information after your session ends.

Client engagements

When you engage Cullinane Labs as a client:

• You grant us permission to conduct outreach on your behalf using agreed messaging
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all outreach before it is sent
• You confirm that your product or service is legal and compliant in the markets you are targeting
• Payment terms are as agreed in your individual engagement agreement
• Either party may terminate the engagement with reasonable written notice

Results and performance

While we operate on a performance-based pricing model where possible, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as a fixed number of meetings booked. Pipeline generation depends on many factors including your product, market conditions, and target audience. We commit to executing outreach professionally and transparently on your behalf.

Intellectual property

Any outreach copy, prospect lists, or strategies we create specifically for your engagement remain yours to keep after our work together. We retain the right to reference the engagement as a case study (anonymised unless you consent to being named) for our own marketing purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Cullinane Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
